Return & Refund Policy – NAYAB DECOR

At NAYAB DECOR, we want you to love your purchase.
If you’re not satisfied, you may return most items within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
• Must provide a 360° opening video showing the parcel from all sides before opening, and the complete unboxing without any cuts or edits.
• Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
• Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned.

Refund Process

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
